No, there is no charge for using WIFrontDoor.

WIFrontDoor serves all of Wisconsin.

 


Is the list of affordable rental housing in WIFrontDoor all-inclusive? Top of Page

No. The list is not all-inclusive. Some property owners may have decided not to include their rental housing units in WIFrontDoor.

 


Is the information included in WIFrontDoor up to date? Top of Page

The property managers are responsible for keeping the information on their property up to date. If you have a question about the information on a specific property in WIFrontDoor, please contact the property manager for the property you are interested in.

 


Do all of the properties listed in WIFrontDoor serve the affordable housing market? Top of Page

Yes. In order to be listed in WIFrontDoor, all of the properties must serve the affordable housing market.

 


Do I have to register to access the WIFrontDoor database? Top of Page

No. You do not have to register to access the WIFrontDoor database. However, if you want to save your property searches for use in the future or to modify your search you need to be a registered user. It's easy to register, just follow the registration instructions.

 


What do I have to do to use WIFrontDoor? Top of Page

To use WIFrontDoor you need access to the Internet. If you do not have access to the Internet at Home, you can access the Internet at public locations such as libraries.

 


What do I do when I locate a housing unit I am interested in renting? Top of Page

When you find a housing unit you are interested in renting, follow the contact instructions for the property. In most cases, you can either call or e-mail the property manager of the housing unit you are interested in renting.

 


Does WIFrontDoor replace the Wisconsin Federally Assisted Rental Housing Inventory database? Top of Page

Yes. The Wisconsin Federally Assisted Rental Housing Inventory database will no longer exist.
